COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
Workplace Behavior – “How We Treat One Another”

There is a working theory that most of the problems that we face in the workplace (and possibly the world) are centered on how we treat one another.

The success of an organization and its employees is directly tied to how employees feel about their organization and the work they perform.

Research has proven that if employees are satisfied or happy with their job and feel that they are treated fairly by their manager or management, the results usually favor improved performance and company profits.

In this session we will explore strategies to enhance or improve employee interaction with one another and management.

Topics will include:

·         Building Effective Relationships

·         Developing Effective Teams
o        Teamwork
o        The Dysfunctions of Teams
o        The Making of a Champion

·         Improving Communication

·         Why Employees Are Different

·         Different Generations
