The Pursuit of Excellence – “Setting Yourself Apart”

To change something in our lives, we must first change our way of thinking, learning and how we view ourselves.

When we examine the subject of employee performance, recent research has shown that in many workplaces, employees do not perform at their highest level.

 In this course we will explore and discuss:

 ·         Reasons why workers don’t perform at their highest level

 ·         Methods of increasing or changing our level of performance

·         How individuals and organizations that excel/perform in
