:G. L. MARLOW Mr. Marlow has extensive experience in private industry and public service. He has held human resources leadership roles of increasing responsible in Fortune 500 companies in such industries as Banking, Information Technology, Defense, Transportation, Health Care, Federal and City Governments. His distinguished service in the U.S. Navy enhanced a leadership style and diverse background, which demonstrates his advanced skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Employee Grievances, Recruitment and Selection, College Relations and Compensation. Mr. Marlow is specifically known for
his innate ability to keep individuals focused while developing and challenging minds and
enhancing their spirituality. With his unique gift of communication skills, wit, caring
and enthusiasm, Mr. Marlow has helped clients to come face to face with the difficulties
of managing people of diverse backgrounds. He challenges individual thinking and
assists clients in developing new skills to turn change into opportunity. Mr. Marlow
served as a member of the Diversity Committee with his previous employers and worked
closely with the Human Resources Representatives in revamping applicable policies,
procedures and past practices. Mr. Marlow served as a Commissioner of the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission, Board Member of Inroads, Board Member of Jacksonville Community Council Inc. (JCCI), Board Member of the Foster Grandparents Advisory Council, Board Member NFIB Action Council and Chairperson of the Council’s Insurance Committee, and member of the Jacksonville Industry Liaison Group (JILG). Mr. Marlow is a recent graduate of
