Leadership – “Discovering The Leader In You”
Defining and developing effective leaders is a major challenge for all organizations in
today’s workplace.
This workshop will demonstrate that the true measure of leadership is based on actions or
how one leads, and not what one says.
We will examine some of the techniques and skills that assist us in effectively navigating
our way through the mine fields and missteps that often prevent us from reaching our
goals.
Many of the today’s workers are very knowledgeable and sophisticated. They are
similar to children – in that they cannot be fooled for long. Employees can
spot those leaders who speak the leadership language, but show what they truly believe by
saying one thing and doing another.
We will discuss and explore the skills that are necessary to be an effective Leader in
today’s workplace.
